Most field service apps in this segment use tiered plans (a basic tier with feature gates, a mid tier, an enterprise tier) and charge per user. TeamDispatch is one flat rate — £36/month with your first tradesperson included, plus £12/month for each extra. Every feature is in every account. There's no upgrade path because there's nothing to upgrade to. See the comparison table above for a side-by-side.

There's no free tier, but the 30-day free trial gives you everything in the paid app, with no feature limits. If it's not a fit by day 30, cancel and walk away with no charge. We chose a single flat price over a freemium tier because freemium plans usually cost more in real money once you hit the limits than the £36 flat rate would have, and they almost always come with feature gates that get in the way of the work.

Everything. There are no tiers and no paywalled features. £36/month covers the full app for a single tradesperson — bookings, calendar, customer database, job history, SERMI audit records, partner sharing, the web app at teamdispatch.app, email support. Adding another team member is £12/month each.

When you sign up you'll be asked for a card to confirm your plan. Your card isn't charged for 30 days. You have full access to everything during the trial — no feature limits. On day 30 your first monthly payment is taken automatically. You can cancel at any point during the trial from inside the app and nothing will be charged.

On day 30 you're billed £36 for your first month, plus £12 for each additional tradesperson you've added. From then on it's the same charge every month until you cancel.

Yes, any time, from inside the app. No cancellation fees, no contracts, no phone calls. If you cancel during your trial you aren't charged at all. If you cancel after, your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Not at launch. Monthly is the only option for now. We may add an annual option later based on feedback.

Yes, a card is required at signup to confirm your plan, but nothing is charged until day 30. This is intentional: it means if you decide to keep going, there's no “wait, I need to upgrade” friction on day 30.

Yes. The web app at teamdispatch.app is included in your subscription at no extra cost — same account, same data, any browser.
